I will send you a rental agreement, utility bill on my address (on the person, who is the owner of the flat) and my bank statements for the last month, where you clearly can see my name and my Cyprus address.
I hope, this will be enough for you to proceed with increasing of my outgoing limit.

To change and verify your address, please send us a copy of a bank statement without credit/debit card details.

Documents containing and displaying cardholder information such as your full credit card number will not be accepted because of PCI compliance requirements. This helps us protect you and your details better.

As i writed before (on 18-th of December) to the Stefan from Skrill help team, i have some problems with utility bills:

So, i'm sending you now all the utility bills i have, u can look the address on them and look the address on the bank statements, that i send you before, to see they are SIMILAR.

If you do not have any utility bills or bank account statements that do not show your card details, you can just contact your bank and ask them to issue a certified document that clearly states that you are their customer. This document must show your full name and postal address. It should be sealed and signed by a bank official. The date this document was issued should also be shown on it.
Alternatively, please find attached a banker’s confirmation. The respective document should be filled in by a bank official with no fields omitted. As soon as the banker’s confirmation is filled in, please scan it and send it back to us and we will consider correcting and verifying your postal address.
