Для спины хорошие упражнения. Минут 20 занимает весь комплекс разминки всего тела - мышц и суставов. Обещается лечебный эффект при регулярном выполнении)

По поводу стриков: прошлым летом где-то 120к раздач сыграл в ноль. График можешь посмотреть на пятой странице блога.

Результат за два дня игры по лимитам 2-5пло.

Похоже я не единственный, кто пострадал:
Первый раз вижу, чтобы на зуме 2-5 было меньше 30 игроков

Или быть может моих $ хватило всем, и ребята решили хорошо провести выходные...
