Приветствую,ситуация такая:
Играл на 888 примерно с 2011 года все было впорядке, недавно решил зарегистрироваться в Lotos , сделал депозит поиграл денек , на следующий день не могу войти в аккаунт,на почту пришло письмо :

This is the Operations Team at LotosPlay and we are contacting you with regards to your account with username "xxx".
Thank you for sending the requested documents to us. However, the security procedure can sometimes require additional documentation to complete the verification of the account as such we kindly ask that you provide us with an alternative form of ID such as your:
-National ID
-Birth certificate
-Driver’s license
-Armed Forces ID card
-Voters identification card
We certainly have no intentions of causing you any frustration or inconveniences. Please understand that this precaution is for the mutual benefit of us and our valued members.
Once we are in receipt of the requested documents, we will be able to proceed further.

We have reviewed the documents that you have supplied us with and it has been decided that we are unable to accept them for verification purposes.
Please note that your Membership is no longer welcome at any site owned and operated by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd. Therefore your account will remain closed. Please refrain from opening any new accounts as these will also be closed and any deposits will not be returned.

Пишу им что не так с документами,почему меня заблокировали, как мне вывести средства со счетов:

In regards to your account, this has been reviewed and the decision to discontinue your membership still stands. This decision is final and has only been taken after careful consideration of all factors involved. The account will remain blocked and any money in your bank roll will not be refunded and no cashouts will be paid.
Please refrain from opening any further accounts with any site managed by Cassava Enterprises as these too will be blocked and no deposits returned.

То есть они меня блокнули по неизвестной мне причине и не дают даже средства вывести. Аккаунт на 888 теперь также заблокирован!
Кто-нибудь сталкивался с таким и как быть в данной ситуации?
