As this is your second verified offense, we have been forced to take such actions.
Please understand that Seating Scripts developers are fully aware that the use of their tools will lead to permanent ban yet keep encouraging their users to challenge our detection methods and resolutions.
That been said we have confirmed the assistance of a Seating Script during the following but not limited sessions.

1.2.1 While WPN makes every possible effort to ensure and enforce a fair environment for all our players, we accept no responsibility on third parties’ ill actions.
1.2.2 WPN commits to put in place a reasonable set of measures to prevent any form of cheating, and penalizes any player caught in violation of our security and game integrity policies.
1.3 WPN Decisions are final: By accepting our general terms and conditions you also accept that our Security and Game Integrity team investigation results, outcomes and penalties are final. You expressly agree and accept WPN alone to deem any account in violation of any of the present policies, and therefore you accept any such determination as final.
1.5.8 Permanent ban and confiscation of funds: This penalty describes a permanent loss of access to the player account and any funds held within WPN. This penalty shall apply across any sites operating on WPN Network.
2.2.1 Funds redistribution: Redistribution of funds recovered from an offending player’s account, redistributed in a fair manner to affected players by the offending activities
3.0 Collusion is the action of teaming up with another player or players at the same table or in a multi-table event or making any agreement with the intention to gain an unfair advantage over their opponents. This might include but is not limited to the following practices:
4.2.9 Seating script software which may perform but are not limited to the following functions:
Reserving a seat
Securing a seat
Player nickname targeting
Player labeling
Collecting data on hands in which the user is not actively a participant
5.3 Bumhunting: The practice of over-targeting a certain player population, or a specific player.
7.4 Non-aggression external agreements: Any agreements between players or groups of players to exploit any element unrelated to hands in play, that might include but not limited to schedule agreements, unstated or implied non-aggression patterns by simply avoiding or denying action.
9.1 You expressly agree and accept that WPN, from time to time, may implement security or game integrity measures to enforce its policies as it sees fit.
10.1 WPN neither supports nor endorses the use of any external assistance tool (EAT). WPN does not authorize the use of WPN trademarks or logos, or the use of WPN images to promote any EAT.
10.2 WPN considers that usage of an EAT may provide an advantage to the end-user. In principle, such advantage might be deemed as “fair” or “unfair” by WPN at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice. A combination of different EATs may provide a user an aggregate unfair advantage.

Любые просьбы апелляций, предъявления доказательств или решения вопроса любыми другими способами заканчиваются ничем. Получаю шаблонное сообщение: “мол нам пофиг”, решение окончательное. Скрипт не использовал, и на сколько я понимаю , бан отхватил за то, что быстро садился за стол к некоторым фишам. То есть, получается, если ты видишь , что за стол садится фиш, ты не можешь занимать бокс, иначе это будет восприниматься как скрипт и ты ОБЯЗАН уступить место нулевым скриптерам )
Сразу добавлю, что на ВПН столы условно анонимные. То есть Х2Н при открытии стола сразу показывает ники за столом.
Бан получил после второго предупреждения, при чем первое я получил на витрине Покер Кинг, потом поменял витрину на АКР, чтобы катать 10бб столы и уже там получил бан.
Единственный скрипт которым я когда либо пользовался это был Magic seat (других даже не знаю) и последнее его использование было в 2018 году. Понимаю , что это не есть окончательное доказательство моей невиновности в использование скрипта , но все же, ниже прикреплю фото с перепиской Magic seat :
Из нее видно , что я с ними последний раз сотрудничал в 2018 году, далее я не отвечал на их рекламу , так как я не хотел подвергать себя риску быть забаненным на покеррумах.
Отправив сообщение в СБ ВПН с моим доказательством и просьбами каким-либо дргуим образом решить вопрос , я получил шаблонное сообщение , по-которому видно , что им пофиг и они даже не рассматривают решение вопроса, какими-либо другими способами.

Considering your history of scripting (We previously caught you and warned you last 02/14/2021) we see no reason no grant you a lower penalty nor another chance.
Our poker community is demanding a wider and heavier position against the abuse of External Assistance Tools such as Bots, real-time solvers, and seating scripts.

В конечном итоге хотел добавить, что мне действительно нравился этот рум и очень сильно не хотел его потерять. Я бы не рисковал использованием скрипта на этом руме с учетом того , что в среднем у меня там всегда лежало 30к + баксов . На момент бана , если я правильно помню, на счету было около 36 к долларов . Я отдавал приоритет при выборе игры этому руму и следил за ним гораздо активнее чем за другими румами.
Как я вижу эту ситуацию - у ВПН нет нормального софта для отслеживания скриптов и также нет мотивации банить всех скриптеров. В результате, под предлогом того , что я быстро сел за стол с фишом и я у них много натащил , решили забанить . При том много выиграл на Покер Кинге, а не на АКР, что говорит о плотном сотрудничестве этих витрин .
В любом случае буду благодарен за любую помощь в решинии этого вопроса.
