We have concluded that a violation of our Security and Game Integrity Policy has occurred during the following (but not limited to) dates:

The following clauses are relevant to your case:

4.3.1 Virtual Machines

The use of virtual machines is strictly forbidden. Virtual machines refer to any tool or software that enables the creation, emulation, or operation of an operating system environment within another operating system. ACR Poker Rooms must be accessed and run from a native hard drive.

4.3.3 Forbidden Physical or Virtual Environments

Any physical computer, server, or virtual environment that is used, directly or indirectly, to run the forbidden software mentioned above or to bypass any security features implemented by ACR Poker is strictly prohibited. This covers any device or environment that aids in circumventing our security measures.

4.3.4 Fair Evaluation

ACR Poker is committed to conducting fair evaluations to ensure compliance with the rules outlined in Section 4.3. In the event that a player is found to be in violation of these rules, appropriate actions will be taken. A fair evaluation will be conducted, considering the circumstances and the potential for abuse of the prohibited tools, devices, or operating systems.

As of today, your account has been suspended for 7 days. This suspension is not subject to appeal.

For security reasons, we need you to send us the following:

- A clear picture of your photo ID

- A selfie of you and your ID

- A recent utility bill (No older than three months)

- Confirmed acknowledgement that you agree to our terms and conditions

Your funds are safe and will be available to you once the suspension is lifted. Before reopening your account, it is mandatory that you reply back and confirm that you have read our Security and Game Integrity Policies and agree to adhere to them.

Our poker community is demanding a firmer stance on external tools that create an unfair advantage for the user, including tools that enables access to virtual or remote environments. Our efforts to eradicate these tools and predatory play patterns from our network is our top priority. Please note that virtual machine users will receive a one-time temporary suspension as a token of good faith in hopes that you’ll adhere to our Security and Game Integrity Policies. A second violation will be subject to additional penalties.
