Just sent this email to support/vip club:
"Hi. I was just at the final table of the WCOOP $215 rebuy event. There was something wrong with the pokerstars client when there were around 16 people left. There were a lot of disconnections, including one player who made the final table while disconnected, only to come back with less than one big blind. I fortunately was not disconnected. However, this affected me in a really bad way. First of all, the blinds went from 30k-60k directly to 60k-120k and skipped the level in between only because pokerstars did not stop the tournament clock. The player in the 1 seat was disconncted and was given all in protection when someone raised his blind. This is clearly stated in the terms of service that in tournaments no such treatment will be given. I really have no clue how pokerstars is going to make this right. At the very least there must be money refunded to all players. Some sort of chip chop equity should be given to everyone left when players disconnected with around 15 people left ON TOP of what these players cashed for (myself included). I feel as though i have been robbed. This is NOT what pokerstars has been about for the last 5+ years where I have been a loyal customer."

wtf we lose all our chips while sitting out and come back to 0.5bb and they expect us to be ok to suck it up and play on?
