We're contacting you to let you know that from April the Full Tilt brand will run on the PokerStars platform. As well as giving you access to extra liquidity, bigger promotions and increased prize pools, the upgrade will also mean changes to our Rewards scheme.
Here's a bit more detail on what's happening:
Q: What do you need to do?
A: Nothing for now, just keep doing what you're doing. We're simply letting you know that we're working on the upgrade and it will be with you shortly.
Q: What will happen after the upgrade?
A: Once we make the change, when you log in you'll be prompted to update your software and account. With your new account, you'll have access to the Full Tilt, PokerStars, BetStars and StarsDraft brands, as applicable in your jurisdiction, via one great platform.
Q: Will Edge Rewards continue after the upgrade?
Edge Rewards will be discontinued and players will be able to avail of the VIP Club rewards scheme offered on PokerStars. After the upgrade play on both Full Tilt and PokerStars will count towards this status so you may qualify for higher rewards than before.
Q: What will happen to your Edge Rewards status?
When you upgrade, you will be awarded a VIP Club status based on your 30 day or 100 day (Supernova Only) rolling Full Tilt Point average. You will be assigned that VIP Club level unless you already have an equal or higher level on PokerStars. Once we gift you a VIP Club status, you will retain it for the current month and all of the following month.
Q: Where can you find more information?
For full details on the upgrade and move to VIP Club rewards, read our FAQ page here.
If for any reason you don't want to upgrade to our new platform, you are free to withdraw your funds from your Full Tilt account at any time. For information on how to make a withdrawal click here.
Thank you,
Full Tilt
