Сейчас на 888 Poker проходит Winter Poker Games. Я с первого дня акции играю там как минимум 30 рук обычного кэш и 30 рук или 1 турнир в SNAP-покер. Не знаю, как оттуда можно выгрузить историю, чтобы предоставить доказательства. Это соответствует условиям акции, за первые дни я получил 3 билета во фрироллы, а затем билеты перестали приходить. Написал в саппорт один раз - глухо, написал второй раз:

For the second time (you ignored my first with formal answer [Incident: 140217-000997]) I demand my tickets to Winter Poker Games because I earned at least 10 tickets but received only 3 of them. Please revise history of my games and explain why tickets are not received. Also I demand tickets to 30000$ and 40000$ freerolls as stated in Promotion rules.
I hope to receive answer in 72 hours.

Билетов все так же нет на счету, а их еще 7 как минимум должно быть, плюс два на финальные фрироллы. Если бы я неправильно понимал условия акции, то наверное не получил бы и первые три билета. Ну и что делать с этим самопровозглашенным "лучшим покерным румом"?
