Ребята,мне нужна ваша помошь. Ситуация такая что я не давно зарегистрировался в руме 888 (Пацифик) сделал депозит в размере 2000$,играл МТТ и плюсовал сообственно,но это не столь важно,я зарания загрузил документы в рум( через софт ) чтобы при кэш ауте не было проблем и задержок в размере недели. Буквально меньше 3 дней назад меня локнули в 888,и при попытки входа появляется письмо что я должен проверить мыло или связаться с стафом,после проверки эмайла и не найдя ни какого сообщения от этого рума и сети (в дальнейщем важно) я связался с стафом,они обьяснили мой лок,как необходимость проверки данных,после чего я написал что уже загрузал в их софт документы ( фото паспорта ) они отписали мне в течения дня,что документы мои они не "одобряют" и принять не могут и бан окончательный и они рекомендуют мне больше не регистрироваться в их сети и вообщем меня не рады видить.
После такого короткого и не ясного сообщения от "Cassava Enterprises" <Operations@cassava.net> я отправил фотографию Паспорта,Прав,Кредитки,Счета квартиры с адресом и на фоне бумажку с числом дня,месяца и года.
После чего получил сообщения,не понятной структуры и обвинения в главном пунке какого-то списка правил ( внизу искать ) там множество подпунктов начиная от чипдаунинга до взлома софта и т.п
Я отписал им еще раз в уточнение ко мне ли это было письмо адресованно,так как я не нарушал нечего и меня обвинили не понятно в чем ( Не понравились документы )
На письмо они ответили мне опять же в форме утвердительной мы не одобряем ваши документы и мы не рады вас видить в нашей сети.

Помогите пожалуйсто разобраться с румом,нагло укравшим мои деньги и локнувшим мои аккаунт.
Я сижу в панике и не понимаю почему рум так поступил,чем им не нравятся мои документы,почему они так поступают.
